Of course we can! We’d be delighted. We work to create the best tailor-made combination to make your event unforgettable. Weddings, private parties, birthdays, themed parties, business meetings, business or product launches… The sky’s the limit with The Chef Exclusive Service! We’ll take care of everything down to the finest detail so that you can enjoy one of the best catering services in Ibiza like never before.

The forms on The Chef Exclusive Service website are simple and intuitive. In addition, we’ll guide you through the process with culinary ideas and suggestions. All you have to do is provide as much information as possible to help us get every detail of your booking right: menu specifications, timetable, number of guests, special requests… All this information will allow us to adapt to your preferences and calculate your budget. After sending the form, you’ll receive an email confirming the availability and details of your booking.

To complete your booking at The Chef Exclusive Service, you must fill in the form corresponding to the service you want to book with all the information requested in the corresponding questions. Once you submit your form, we’ll receive your request and send you your quote. Your booking will be confirmed once you accept the quote and receive the confirmation email.

After filling in the corresponding form, The Chef Exclusive Service team will start working on a proposal that meets your expectations. In approximately 72 hours, depending on the demand at that time, you’ll receive an email confirming the date and time you request and a quote.

We live and work in Ibiza, but we offer our services anywhere in the world. If you want to enjoy the gastronomic experience of The Chef Exclusive Service outside Ibiza, we offer several options:

You can access the booking form for a Private Chef in Mallorca from the menu of our website; and you can also detail what you need in our section From Ibiza to the world. Tell us everything you think we can help you with: dates, type of event you’d like us to help you with, etc. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Of course! Our team of chefs have designed irresistible alternatives for all preferences including vegan, vegetarian and allergy and intolerance-friendly options. To enjoy these options, just let us know in advance how many guests need special menus and we’ll prepare them with all the love and professionalism so that all attendees have a great experience in any of our The Chef Exclusive Service services.

Of course. We offer special options and reduced prices for children in all our The Chef Exclusive Service services. Simply specify this in the comments on the booking form, as well as any possible intolerances, allergies or preferences.

About my private chef booking

When do I have to pay for my booking with The Chef Exclusive Service?

For the Home Chef service, in order to avoid billing and collection procedures on the day of the service, you must pay the full price in advance.

In the case of the other services, A chef for my holiday, Breakfast and Catering for weddings or Catering for events, 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance as a booking deposit, and the remaining 70% must be paid 48 hours or two weeks beforehand, depending on the service in question.

All details regarding payment and terms and conditions of service will be provided during the booking process for each service and again when sending the quote.

No. If you have included drinks on the menu, they must be paid for in cash to the Chef, with proof of purchase receipts.

Any leftover food from the Home Chef service will be properly stored in the fridge at home, so that you can enjoy it at another time.

The service does not include set up (crockery, glassware, cutlery, tables, chairs, etc.). However, if you wish, The Chef Exclusive Service gives you the option of choosing from our catalogue available for renting this type of material.

In the case of A chef for my holiday, the minimum contract package is 50 hours per week, which guarantees full availability of the chef. For shorter or longer stays, we can adapt the hours to suit your needs.

If you want to enjoy a Breakfast or Brunch, the minimum service will be four hours, in order to guarantee a fully satisfactory experience. Two hours will be spent shopping, preparing everything and cleaning up afterwards and another two hours to serve and cater the breakfast or brunch itself.

There is no minimum number of people. However, in order to guarantee the highest quality of service, for every 10 attendees, a waiter will be included from the time set for the start of the lunch or dinner. Thereafter, the waiter service is charged at €30/hour.

At The Chef Exclusive Service we want you to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience, so we adapt to your needs and design a plan tailored to your requests. If during the service you feel the need to extend the hours, a surcharge of €45/extra hour for the chef and €30/extra hour for the waiter will be applied, if you are more than 10 people. Both surcharges must be paid by credit card or in cash at the time.

Yes, at The Chef Exclusive Service we work to adapt to your requirements (vegan, veggie, barbecue…) and timetables as much as possible. You can fill in each of our booking forms with your tastes and detail the ideas you already have in mind. Moreover, if your service lasts for several days, as in the case of A chef for my holiday, you will be able to talk to the chef to give them ideas, ask them to repeat some of their star recipes or suggest new dishes.

Three days before the booking date, we’ll send you an email so that you can confirm the final details and request any changes to the timetable, menu or number of guests. With your changes, we’ll send you an email three days before so that you can confirm the final details and any further changes to the timetable, menu or number of guests, and we’ll make any changes to the price if necessary.

We’ll also send you a payment link with the outstanding balance of the booking at this time.

Catering for weddings and events

At The Chef Exclusive Service, we travel to the location of your choice. If you’re still not sure, we can also recommend the perfect venue to celebrate your big day, as we collaborate with the best agritourisms and villas on the island.

It’s not necessary, we come with everything needed to host the event, including our professional mobile kitchen. To make your experience with The Chef Exclusive Service unique, all we need is a workspace with access to electricity and water. We’ll take care of the rest!

At The Chef Exclusive Service we don’t cover any expenses arising from weather-related matters (e.g. the installation of marquees, etc.). Likewise, we don’t cover the cost of the generator if there is no power point to connect to at the venue on the day of the wedding.

The deadline for confirming attendees via email is a maximum of two weeks before the event. After this date you cannot reduce the number of participants and the last estimated quote will be charged.

Of course, we offer menu tastings so that you can experience what you and your guests will have on your wedding day. A maximum of six guests can attend the menu tasting.

Our menu tasting fee is €75 per person (excluding VAT). If the catering quote for the wedding day is finally accepted, the amount of the bride and groom’s tasting will be deducted from the final bill.

Our menu tasting calendar runs from 15th March to 30th April and during the month of October, in both periods from Monday to Friday.

On-Board Services

What is the difference between On-Board Catering and an On-Board Chef?

With the On-Board Catering service we bring exquisite prepared meals to your boat, which you can select from The Chef Exclusive Service online shop.

With the On-Board Chef service, one of the chefs from The Chef Exclusive Service will accompany you during your day on board and will cook the best dishes for you. They’ll also take care of the shopping, so all you have to worry about is enjoying your time at sea.

Once your basket is ready and you’ve placed your order online, we’ll send you a payment link. After confirming that the payment has been made correctly, we’ll send you a new email with your booking confirmation and invoice for your order.

After choosing your dishes in The Chef Exclusive Service online shop, your order will be confirmed once your payment has been verified through Paygold. At this point, we’ll send you a booking confirmation email, indicating that your order has been successfully placed.

Our daily delivery service takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the ports of Marina Botafoch, Marina Ibiza and Ibiza Magna.

You can contact The Chef Exclusive Service via the order form for delivery to another port.

If you need us to deliver your order to a different port, you can indicate this on the booking form and we will contact you.

Once you have prepared your basket and sent it to us, we’ll reply with your Pay Link to proceed with the payment directly with your credit card. Once this is done your order is confirmed. You’ll also receive an invoice for your order.

Cancellation Policy

What is The Chef Exclusive Service's Cancellation Policy?

1. If the booking is cancelled at least six (6) months prior to the scheduled date, the full deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of one month.

2. If the booking is cancelled at least three (3) months before the scheduled date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of one month.

3. If the booking is cancelled at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled date, the booking will be forfeited and the deposit will not be refunded.

Yes, we take into account the current exceptional situation. Therefore, due to the restrictions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, if the event or service cannot be held on the agreed date, The Chef Exclusive Service guarantees you a change of date to be chosen during the 365 days following the date agreed for the initial service.

If you’d rather cancel the event, the usual Cancellation Policy, detailed in the previous question, will apply.
